Sharon McKinney — Community Association Manager
Sharon has worked with the MacPherson family for nearly three decades. She brings 25 years of real estate knowledge; from legal transaction negotiations, construction management, marketing and interior design along with homeowner association and condominium set up and management. Sharon enjoys working with people and their communities and considers herself to be a natural problem solver- She prides herself on her customer service approach and her ability to resolve issues and concerns. Sharon’s goal is to assist homeowners and tenants to successfully navigate through the Declarations and By-Laws of their community.
Sharon continues to update her skills and knowledge through participation in professional courses and seminars in Condominium and Single Family Association Management and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 25 years.

Kathi Jones – President
I have lived in Regatta for eight years and was the Board treasurer from 2007-2009, and remained on the board until 2010. I sit on The Lakes Board, The Lakes Neighborhood Council and coordinate Regatta’s National Night Out. I acquired the City of Kent grant to replace our playground and organized our community build. I write The Lakes newspaper “Ripples at The Lakes” and did the artwork for our free “Little Library”. I participated in focus groups addressing Midway Development and sat on the evaluation committee for The City of Kent’s demonstration Cottage Housing Project. I have a Bachelors Degree in Education and hold a current Washington State Real Estate License. I have Certificates in Commercial Real Estate Property Management and Investment and training in Sustainable Development, Green Real Estate and Apartment Management from North Seattle Community College where I maintained a 3.86 grade point average and made the Dean’s List. As a Realtor® with John L. Scott for 12 years, I work primarily in South King County area and consider volunteerism as part of my passion to help build better communities.

Sharon Peden – Secretary
Sharon is an original owner in Regatta at the Lakes since December 1994. She has been a board member on and off serving as a member at large, president and secretary. Sharon completed the WSU Master Gardener course in 2001 and volunteered at the Neely Homestead for three summers helping to build up the Heirloom garden that continues to exist today. She volunteers at the animal shelter in the Cat Adoption area and volunteers at the Kent Senior Activity Center. She was recently appointed to the Senior Advisory Committee of the Activity Center which is in service of the needs of the senior adults at the Activity Center. Sharon is an avid gardener and reader of books, enjoys cycling, walking for herself and walking her dog Simon, meeting her cat Whitney’s daily demands, and spending time with friends – especially on their new respective decks.
